Spicy scallop meat
Steps:
1. Blanch the scallop meat in water and set aside. Heat up the oil and stir fry the onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir fry until red oil appears. Stir well the scallop meat and green and red peppers!
2. Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of cooking wine, a little sugar, salt, and pepper, stir fry well!
