Material:
-Fresh clam meat
-Scallion, ginger, and garlic
-Chili peppers (optional)
-Cooking wine
-Soy sauce
-Salt
-Sugar
-Pepper powder
-Chicken essence

Steps:
1. Wash the fresh clam meat and soak it in clean water for a period of time to remove sand particles.
